Sonesta Select Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Room is great! We were on the 1st floor and our room had a sliding glass door so we were able to park our vehicle in front of our door and go in and out for whatever instead of going all the way up front. My only issue with this place is the water. There is no cold just hot, hotter and hell. Overall the hotel is very nice, clean, taken care of and accessible to the highway, mall, and All other stores and restaurants. Will stay again.

Tiffany, Chandler, and Sierra were the few I had interactions with, checking in and checking out. Wonderful service. The deluxe room was spacious, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, hot water, and a convenient location. Booking was easy and convenient. 24-hour front service. I highly recommend and will be back.

I will say it was pretty good overall. However, it was too cold in my room and we are in the fall season. I wore a sweatshirt to bed because it was so cold. I looked underneath my mattress and saw what appeared to be a used napkin as well.

Talk about a great stay! The rooms were a great size, the whole hotel very clean, and each room had a sliding glass door either opening into the central area (where the pool is located) or to the parking areas. We stayed for a business trip and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sonesta hotel, this having been my first time staying at one of their locations. The staff was quite helpful, even providing a few suggestions for activities in the area. My ONLY complaint is that they don't provide a complimentary continental breakfast, but with the great location, multiple breakfast options are a short trip away. Plenty of businesses, restaurants, and things to do within a 5 minute car ride, just off of the interstate. Despite the proximity to I-75, once you're in your room the outside world melts away and it's quiet. I rather enjoyed the curved couch with ottoman and the television that swivels for easy viewing from either the couch or bed. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll stay at this hotel again!

Stopped here on the way to Indiana from Florida. Was great halfway point. The hotel was great, clean, quiet, and affordable. The hotel is right off highway and lots of stores around, if looking to shop.

Stayed a couple nights to visit family in Chat. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was like a pressure washer we could not figure out how to adjust it. I see why they don’t serve hot breakfast with all the restaurants around but it would be nice to have a bagel and a toaster or packaged croissant to warm up.

I’ve stayed at this location, three weeks in a row, for work. Tiffany has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Great work and my rooms are definitely to my liking. Thank you!!
